Foil Drive Americas Inc. strives to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and support. If you would like to return or exchange an item that you have ordered, please contact us at support.us@foildrive.com
DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do accept returns in the following circumstances:
- The item must have been sold directly on our online store. If item was purchased through one of our dealers, please contact them directly.
- The item(s) have not been used or altered in any way.
- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery.
- The items are the original packaging and in resalable condition.
- The postage for the return item(s) is to be paid by the customer.
All returns must be authorized in advance by Foil Drive.

Foil Drive reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized or non-compliant returns.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A VALID RETURN REQUEST?
Refunds are made after the returned Products (that have been purchased via our website) meeting the above requirements have been received and checked by Foil Drive. You will receive an email informing you when the refund has been issued. It is possible that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement. If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the matter as soon as practically possible.
If credit/debit cards are used, refunds are paid to the credit/debit card used to pay for the order. This applies to both bank accounts and credit cards. Please ensure the card used to purchase the product is valid at the time of your returns. If your card has been blocked or expired, then the amount will be automatically forwarded by your card issuer to the reference account which you have established. Please contact your card issuer for more details.
Foil Drive reserve the right to change, modify or amend this policy in its sole discretion, and such changes, modifications or amendments will apply to all orders placed going forward.
