What are the benefits of using Armstrong gear with Foil Drive?

Armstrong is known for stiffness, precision and high quality manufacturing. When combined with Foil Drive, riders gain increased responsiveness, improved tracking, smooth takeoffs and reduced flex under load.

Do I need to buy my Armstrong mast from Foil Drive?

No. Armstrong Integrated Carbon Masts are sold directly through Armstrong dealers. Foil Drive systems and motors are purchased from Foil Drive Americas. This ensures you receive genuine Armstrong equipment paired with authentic Foil Drive power assist.

Can I choose where the motor sits on the Armstrong Integrated Mast?

Integrated motor positions are fixed. The Foil Assist version places the motor at 185 mm for minimal drag once on foil. The efoil version places the motor at 650 mm for constant submersion. If you want adjustable motor height, choose a Universal Motor System instead of an integrated mast.
